What do you do when you are moving country, want to give your players a big boss fight for the end of the campaign and have no money left for a mini? Why, you make your own of course! (A proposition made easier by the fact the boss was an abomination of the Bit o’ Moander kind).

Made with: Fimo Air modelling clay, cheap acrylic paints and a set of novelty vampire teeth. Keeping to abominations (rather than humanoids) avoids any expectations of what the thing should look like. There is no uncanny in the valley of abominations. This clay is really useful for beginners as it dries slowly and is very easy to work with, giving you plenty of time to make mistakes and start again.

The dwarven fighter Menses climbs the limbs of the abomination to lodge an explosive barrel in it's terrible maws. She would be successful but nearly dies in the process.
